Can anyone join?
Yes anyone can join, so long as they uphold our values and adhere to our code of conducts
Absolutely. Curiosity, questions, and even skepticism are welcome. This is a learning space—not a place where you’re expected to “have it all figured out.”
What about privacy?
Is everything shared here confidential?
Yes. Respecting privacy is essential. What’s shared in the community should stay in the community unless explicit permission is given to share elsewhere.
What are the community rules?
How to behave
In short: be kind, respectful, and supportive. No hate speech, shaming, aggressive behavior, or unsolicited diagnoses. Full guidelines are usually posted—please review them before participating.
Attunement
Do I need to be attuned to Reiki to join?
Not at all. You don’t need any prior experience or attunement. Many members join simply to learn, receive support, or explore energy healing in a gentle, non-judgmental environment.
Beliefs
What if I have a different spiritual or religious belief?
That’s completely okay. Reiki is not a religion, and this community welcomes people of all belief systems. We ask that everyone remain respectful and avoid promoting beliefs in a way that feels pushy or dismissive of others.
How can I get the most out of this community?
How to optimise
Show up as you are. Listen deeply, share honestly, respect boundaries, and trust your own pace. Healing isn’t linear, and there’s no “right” way to experience Reiki.
